Parking in Kings Cross and Islington.

I have recently moved to Kingscross. I live in a “permit free household”, there is no where to park my bike on my street - well not safe anyway. I had a look at the council site and it says that for a residents permit I will need to buy a permit costing £42 a year :doze:

I’ve heard by some people that I could keep my motorcycle at the train station parking area chained up? It was advised to me that it might be safer there too. I only live five minutes walk from the train station so it could certainly be a good idea if there is free parking there?

Does anyone know anything about this or where might be a good spot? Cheers.

Never seen a motorbike parking area at the Station ?

What about the new NCP under St Pancras ? are bikes free to park there ?

Might be able to get a good spot and chain it to something !

Wont deter theft as plenty of people have hadf their bikes nicked from car parks , but will make it much harder and more of a deterrent ?
