I’m going away for a stag do and will be flying back early to make a meeting that I was hoping would be moved, but unfortunately doesn’t look like it will be.
I’ll have to park my bike there and pick it up when I come back in order to blast it over to Canary Wharf in time. Do they have any secure long-ish term bike parking? The only information I can find is this: http://www.heathrow.com/transport-and-directions/heathrow-parking/motorcycle-parking But this seems to be for short-term, picking someone up, not leaving your bike whilst you travel.
Now you’ve given away all this important information the only thing a thief will need is the location so anyone who has one to suggest ought to do it by intercom
Motorcyclists can park free of charge at Heathrow in dedicated motorbike parks. Riders should not use the car parking bays.
Motorcyle park locations
Terminal 2: At the back of Short Stay Car Park 2, to the right of the over-height exit.
Terminal 3: At the back of Short Stay Car Park 1A/5, to the right of the exit. Access is via Chester Road.
Terminal 4: Opposite the arrivals forecourt.
Terminal 5: Next to the short stay car park.
Please note that for security reasons, motorcycles will be removed if parked anywhere other than the designated areas.

I’ve parked in Heathrow before - by Terminal 3 I believe about 3 years ago. Left it for about 4 days no problems. The only thing was navigating the one way system - the motorbike parking areas (as found on the website and copied above by Kris) aren’t exactly signposted on the gantries once you have passed the tunnels so you may need to look hard for the parking spots. I had to get off and wheel it once I saw it and couldn’t go up it as it was a one way etc etc… another time I went over a curb that separated two lanes of traffic going the same direction because I just couldn’t find a way to access the parking.
Sorry I can’t help but just thought I’d make you aware of the one way system.
I’ve parked in Heathrow many times without issues. Bring a big chain and a wheel lock. Some of the parking spots (e.g. T5) have a security guard based right next to the bike park (Tom who sometimes works there is a biker and he says that the guys do keep an eye out). Zero cost, and back home much faster than a taxi – best way to get to and from the airport.
Definitely don’t do what I did which was to go up the car ramp for T2 by mistake - promptly got stuck at the barriers which proclaimed I wasn’t in a vehicle and couldn’t have a ticket
Ended up squeezing between the barrier and the wall to get in and then going all the way through the carpark to find the bike parking right at the very bottom.
Left the bike there for the weekend and it was totally fine, I did lock it as I would at home with 2 chains, cover and disc lock but I don’t know if this was even necessary, quite a few people didn’t even seem to use any security. Lots of bikes parked there, even an S1000RR and people left their gear with their bikes. I strapped my gloves, helmet and jacket to the seat so they were covered in case it rained.
I was quite a numpty and didn’t realise until I was through security that I had left my keys in the ignition, but luckily nothing happened.
