Beat me to it - my one has been broke since I brought it from Hein Gericke when they were going out of business, didnt keep the reciept as figured it wouldn be as much use as a chocolate fireguard! DOH
If you used a card to pay for it a statement showing the amount paid to HG should suffice for returning it as faulty
