finally got round to getting these numbers the Rgnd numbers all go up from 30 ohm to 50 ohm.
cold each coil puts out 17.5-17.9v at idle and 55-55.9v at 4krpm.
warm each coil puts out 20v at idle and 43-49v at 4krpm.
