Bit bovvered Gina been working all day outside at Charlie’s painting white window frame’s, and my arms neck and back are red raw and extremley hot! ouch a little sunburnt, didn’t even realise. 
So be careful out there wit the sun cuz it burns man!

SuziC, treat it like you would any normal burn, teppid water/baths, and plenty of pure aloe vera. 
wat about chips!!! i love them!! lol
If i purposefull slapped some oil on to sun bathe i would definatley of put the chips on Gina lol

Dont believe that natural yogurt nonsense, I got seriously burnt last year and tried it. The heat from my skin turned the yogurt to cheese. My misses had to scrape it off cos’ the power shower was just agony.
… oooo and a rasher or two of bacon …
Of course she was being filthy lol
