No this isn’t a thread about the Queen having an off

Well Paris Marathon was done and dusted in 3.16. Not quite as fast as I wanted but as Cambridge says, I had water in the boat

So a big thank you to all who sponsored me in support of London Air Ambulance, it really did keep me going.
