Does anyone know if riding without a numberplate is actually a motoring offence or is just an on the spot fine ?
On a car its an on the spot fine of £30 - my cars plate is on the dashboard at the moment, got stopped but let off but i was told it would be a £30 fine the next time.
Riding without a numberplate?? Never heard of it :Whistling: 
So riding a bike with no plate is cheaper than getting a GATSO ticket? Sold!
bike plate is £60 I think…
