Will look it up to see the best route, but I could cut across towards hitchin and meet ya over that way somewhere, then down A1 to M25 to potters bar area, then find it lol

That part of the m25 is horrible! Thought the camber was bad in the car but on the bike - nearly took off!
Hitchin to Meet We (and anyone else enroute) could meet in Hitchin, go up the B656 to Welwyn, Stanborough (good road) pick up the A414 to Hertford, follow Hollwell lane to Newgate Street. Or we could meet in Hitchin, A602 to Stevenage, pick up the A1M at J8 and have a jolly good blat upto Welwyn and go on from there… choice is yours. Who else is coming from ooop here, what time and where? better get a babysitter sorted

that’s just the home page Grim lol I don’t mind interesting roads but the B roads around here can be shocking - hell the a roads are too! No street lighting… no road markings… dark early… I say a blat up 4 junctions of the A1M sounds good to me

Yep those little country lanes are rubbish, its gonna be bad enough coming via Hexton road, how about blat down A1 to Hatfield then Wellham grn, A1000 towards potters bar but cut off towardsbuffley B157 then should be signed towards Newgate St ?
