Try the cobbler outside tooting broadway station, he is a biker himself. I am sure there was a post some years ago about that place… never used them myself.

What was the outcome?
I’ll get some pic and put them up. Went to the place Amit recommended. Did a good job for half the price. Not a proper alpinestar sole but none the less I’m happy. I’ll probably get them done again and after that would probably need replacing regardless anyway…
