We’ll be doing a tour of all of the major race circuits in 2012, to give people an opportunity to see Nexx helmets in the flesh. Dates will be posted on the blog as soon as they’re available.

If you let me know in which area you live, we’ll see what we can do about getting there, since we do regular roadshows so that people can try them on.

nice lid. my only gripe is the fuss of changing visors (screw on) and when u have the pin lock in the visor gets stuck when closed. (hard to popp open) once open the movement is free. other than that, its a gr8 lid :slight_smile:

Hi Jaime

Glad to hear you’re enjoying the XR1R Carbon. I discussed the visor mechanism with Nexx and they went for a straight forward aluminium screw option to keep the weight down to 1200g. A quick release mechanism would have added significant weight which would have prevented it being one of the lightest lids on the market. A 2p piece does the trick nicely though!

£300 for the non carbon and £400 for the carbon. LB gets a free Dark visor as well. this is including delivery.

Nearly right! Carbon is £299 and non-carbon is £179 for solid colours and £199 for fancy paint jobs.

Jaime is correct, free dark visor with the carbon and delivery to the UK is free.

I’d be interested in a roadshow, fancy trying on the X1R1 but Liverpool is a bit far to go. South London or anywhere nearby is good for me :slight_smile:

As it happens, we’re just in the process of sorting out a date with the LB guys to do a South London roadshow.
