I want to get new plates made for my bikes with slogans. Can anyone recommend where to get them made? Apart from the non-offensive slogans, they need to be legal, as far as size & letters are concerned.

you can always nip into HellFrauds as well, they make them on the spot in superstores

Usually get mine at Impact Signs of Aylesbury. I know the chaps there and my company also has an account so can usually get some sort of preferential treatment.
I get mine from Malplates as well.
I need to wait for a wee while as I haven’t got the V5C yet. How does this work anyway, as when I picked the bike up, it had a licence plate on it. Am I the first registered owner, or would the dealers have registered it in their name? If so, should I not get a discount on the sale price? When do I get the V5C?
do them on the net, most are show plates but they will make them standard size, or smaller without the log book, i had mine done before i even picked up the bike a month before in fact. you need the log book to legally buy plates in a shop but the net it dont matter… they just do what you want and class it as show plates get an inch under standard size with a standard font and your never get pulled.
