seems to be common thing in general, easy days work instead of tackleing voilent criminals, knife crime etc, and easy pickings to top up the taxman, nothin against anyone or anything here, just an easy target is what it says on the tin. if law enforcement was evenly spread over the crime network though things might be better but? its top heavey against road users
