Need help finding parking near King William Street/Tower bridge

Does anyone know if there is any bike parking that would be available near King William Street/Tower Bridge? I’ve got a course to go to for the week and would much rather ride in rather than taking a bus to the train station and then taking a train then the underground and being thoroughly miserable doing it :stuck_out_tongue:

Also, can I park in normal car spaces or car parks without paying around that area?

Corporation of London Car Park on Mansell Street on the corner with Shorter Street - not too sure but think that one might be free for bikes.

Oops, I meant London Bridge! Although I suppose Tower Bridge isn’t too far off…

Trinity Sq and around the back by Tower Hill Station 3 or 4 big bay’s

There’s plenty of bays around London Bridge and Tower Bridge (Tooley Street, Swan Street, Bermondsey Street, Kirby Grove…)
Use the online map search facility on **Parking for Bikes **

my wife parks at London Bridge but she has real problems finding spaces… make sure you go real early

Hmmm is it me or does that site show you everything apart from parking ?

I’m trying to find out if there is anywhere near :- SW1V 2RH (or perhaps just over the bridge to avoid westminster… but all its showing is dealers… garages… hospitals etc… everything aside from parking!

Try entering the postcode in the top or middle search field  Also SW1V 2RH is near Vauxhall Bridge and not London Bridge :hehe:
Edit: Oh, and you might wanna zoom in to see the parking bays!

Looks like there are plenty of parking bays in the area, but I guess you’ll have to turn up reasonably early as they tend to fill up quickly. Hope this helps.

doh! couldve sworn I’d tried that… working now

and yep I’m not the op sorry :stuck_out_tongue:

Thanks for the help everyone… Although I ended up not using your help because my phone spazzed out and died in the night, and didn’t wake me up. So I took the train because I didn’t want to risk not finding a parking space in time to get in on time.

Delayed buses and trains meant I was late anyway. Great.

I’m determined to start riding down here soon though anyway, so I will give it a try soon

oops, yeah sorry that was my mistake
