Many years ago when I was gullible and didn’t / couldn’t say no, my cadet class was ‘volunteered’ to do a marathon race walk - all 26+ miles. We were taught and instructed on how to ‘walk’ properly - there were marshalls all along the route checking and if you got caught not ‘walking’ properly then you were kicked off it.

It was hard work guys and although it looks amusing, all respect to them, fit boys and girls.

And smiles, just scratch it mate, will save you looking silly !!
