Most of you know I have been attempting to get my knee down recently and whilst at Brands yesterday, with the help of one of Focused Events instrutors, it happend on the last session of the morning, my knee finally hit the ground
Big big thanks to Peter (the instructor) who spent 2 whole sessions with me to help me. Turns out I needed to slow down a bit and work on my lines. :D:D
Unfortunatley, the photographer was in the wrong blimin place at the wrong time so no photographic evidence, but I will be happy to show off my de-virginised (is that even a word??) knee slider :hehe:
I can’t wait to manage it myself. I think my problem is mostly down to confidence. The little voice in the back of my head keeps telling me the bike is going to slip out :ermm:
Elad, all your help really paid off as I was hanging off correctly thanks to your input. I just had to ammend my lines and the position of my inside foot to stop my toe scraping (not a good feeling, lol)
