How do you lovely people insure your bikes if you have more than one?
Being young most insurers are laughing at me trying to insure my ZX9 and CBF on the same policy. I understand i can only use my NCB once so would make sense to use it on both bikes in one policy, but at this rate im going to have to use it on one and insure the other with 0 years NCB which = ££££££
Will have passed my rospa test at (fingers crossed) silver so that should help
ebike insure up to 4 bikes on one policy…not had to make a claim with them yet so not recommending them specifically, but I did notice that I could put up to 4 bikes on teh same policy…and they’re cheap too.
eBike won’t touch you if you’ve had any motoring convictions in the last 5 years or any claims within the last 3.
The problem with that is that if you bank on being able to afford the insurance based on an eBike policy, and then you have a claim, you lose the ability to insure at that price.
It would be best to look elsewhere, given how common theft in London is.
Same here, picked up 3 points last year and my policy with two bikes and the other half on with comprehensive cover even went down £12 when i renewed 2 weeks ago
I would Express Insurance like the plague. I had a multi bike policy with them. Trying to call them once you have a policy is next to impossible - never pick up the phone. trying to transfer my ncb was a night mare - took 5 calls to them. In the end I just cancelled my policy and went to motorcycle direct who were much cheaper and you can actually get through to.
