Moving to Germany - Any advice for Germany bike insurance?

Hi Forum

I’ve recently got a job in Germany - at the minute my ZX6-R is uninsured and off the road in the UK.

Obviously i need to insure it but with the pending move to Germany i don’t know where to start!
I can’t speak the language (yet) so ringing a German call centre would be a nightmare.

Has anyone experience of this? If so any advice would be much appreciated :slight_smile:

My main questions are:

  1. Who are the best priced bike insurers in Germany ( websites etc… ) or any english based brokers who specialise in bike insurance abroad?
  2. What bureaucracy do i need to go through to bring my bike across ( license registration - tax etc… )
