MotoXtreme Supermoto Trackdays, Bike Hire, MX, training, minimoto

www.motoxtremeevents.co.uk

MotoXtreme events was created as a way of helping owner/ridersacross the UK find regular venues to ride their machines, something that I havefound difficult as a Supermoto rider. It seemed that fewer and fewer track wouldoffer their tracks up because of dwindling numbers and restrictions on noiseetc. Our aim is to run sessioned track days for supermoto and minimoto, throughout the year at the right price and the best venues. In addition we madethe decision to grow the business by merging with MotoXpro – our MX trainingand bike hire services. This gives us the scope to provide venues, bikes, kitsand maintenance services all over the UK.

Ok so we have decidedto launch the site a little early to allow it time to develop as per theconstructive feedback we hope to obtain from you, the user. Initially very fewevents will be added, though the venues will be displayed. What this means is thatwe intend to use them over the course of next year. There is alot more to come fromthe site including a shop, racing & sponsorship page, supermoto news and alist of site sponsors. Anyone interested in being involved in our events or hasany suggestions please feel free to contact me [email protected]

Even though our event dates will be progressively added, ourbike hire services will be available from mid November. We currently have 2 KTMSMR 450’s, 2 Honda CRF250’s and 2 Kawasaki KXF250 supermoto’s. More bikes willbe available in the New Year to include KX140 M2R Mini Supermoto’s.

Moto X training days are available now and will beadvertised via the site and forum, these training days are not just foradvanced riders with their own bikes. If you have never had the opportunity toride moto x we can supply you a bike and kit for the day to use. Or if you haveridden before and don’t have a bike we can rent you a bike and kit for apractice or race day.

All our rental bikes are maintained by MotoXpro, our sistercompany. We have fully workshop facilities and can carry out most modificationsand repairs as well as supplying new parts and spares. We do offer a localcollection service though price will depend on the mileage.

The forum is up and running, preferential treatment will begiven to members. Event dates will be advertised on the forum BEFORE the site, and forum members will be offer discounts on some events if booked in advance.

Try to get to;

Both not far from London and mego cool tracks :satisfied:

Good luck with it. Site looks great!
One suggestion, it’d be great to have all the venues on one google map somewhere so you can see which ones are close by.

And I agree, SM trackdays near London would be really great. Weekend dates even better

Thats the one, doesnt look much but its really challenging and great if you have never ridden off road before!

I spoke to Rye House… They arent interested, though I may go down there and chat to the owner… Seems to work better in person! Wildtrax again were not interested. I ride MX there alot, its one of those places that if we can get enough people onto the band wagon they may pull their finger out! I will make the call mate, worst they can say is “Ben please leave us alone”

Agreed! Nice one… On its way

Another thing that would be handy at these trackdays would be tyre changing at a good price, also sell brake, clutch levers

We can do tyre changing… However I wanted to get an idea of the demand before i do it. I may well end up retailing tyres, tubes etc at the venues. But for the time being I wont offer that at the tracks might see if we can get someone external to do it though

Theres a guy out near Rayleigh that does Quads, Land Rover off roading(?) etc. I did speak with them about SM, but I dont think he’d lay Tarmac to build an SM/Kart track. The main issue with is the noise dont forget…

I think buying some of that land over by Fords in Daganham would be an idea. Its all old carparking from the car production days i guess. Its concrete so would need resurfacing…

Brentwood or Lakeside Karting would be good bets…

Thats action park… Their MX track is good. We use that for Motocross bike hire days and training. Its hard pack and I know they let Supermoto’s out there. But like you said at the mo they arent interested!

Lakeside and brentwood are great for mini moto and pit bikes but i think you would struggle on a full size as its uber tight in places! Though i’ve never been to brentwood!

We actually need to get over to Blue Waters. The Surrounding roads are fab!

Tell me you couldn’t make a fab track outs this!

Buckmore Park?

Sneaky, why didnt I even think about BW. Yes! the roads are well looked after, and very twisty, one summers evening im sure we can have great fun on teh ring road!

Buckmore = ££££££ to hire me thinks

That is great idea!Shopping car park events happening often in Europe, good for promoting the sport :Whistling:

Im up for a Bluewater blast

Summer is a year away!!!

Tried and failed…

Just added a few tracks to the list including Blyton… 1.2 miles with dirt! :o
