I got some Yam parts off them last month and they didn’t look like a new dealer. Hmm…
They’re not new mate. Been there on Shepherds Bush Road for a while now. Personally not too thrilled with their service.
Read my praise and shame section. Took my bike for a service and was told it needed £600-700 worth of work (2 months after I got it, when it had a service then) and so I took it elsehwere and was charged about a £120…and all the stuff MS told me needed doing…well…didn’t (e.g. I was told new chain and sprocket required…the other place said it had another 8K miles in it…it lasted about 7,000 more)
Friendly enough service in-store though when I bought a few little bits - gloves, helmet, etc.
