Morning all. No snow here, but it is cool. I’ve got to nip out and get stuff from the sorting office and then off to the butchers for some nice meat.

No snow in Hertfordshire yet, due tomorrow so going to get out today and make the most of it:)

Nice blue sky here at the moment.

Got a new virtual reality cycle trainer yesterday so going to have a play with that, go training on the road and have a blast on the motorbike too. Just hope the sore throat I have is will go soon. Don’t want man flu or anything.

Morning! Looks a bit chilly out there today, No 1 son has football practice this morning, but sadly I’ll have to stay at home in the warm as I’m injured…so the Mrs will be standing around in the cold for an hour or so:)
