Morning all, raining here but s’posed to clear at lunchtime. Hopefully be dry for my ride into work tonight.
Morning folks.
Kinda fed up today. Have to do a silly recruitment questionnaire as the start of the process to try and get the grade I’m already working at and it’s a flawed process and is unlikely to get the right people, my good reputation and reports count for nothing. They’ve done the same for other grades and good people were rejected and some duffers got through. Very frustrating.
Whinge over.
Oh well, at least it’s an on line thingy and I’m going to do it at home. Like to say it’s warm in my little offcie but it’s actually freezing at the mo’.

Perhaps I’ll pop to Bat Motorcycles later to cheer myself up.
