Lovely morning sun!! Morning all! Get ready for the winter this weekend! Don’t forget your snow chains!
Morning all, been at local hospital all morning, and they’re having a bit of a 'mare…Appointment was at 0900, got seen by consultant at 0920, he finished with me at 0930, they then had to find a nurse to re-dress my wound, and by the time they had finished with me it was an hour later! They had to borrow a nurse from the gynacology department, who wasn’t exactly an expert at dressing stumps…
I then had another appointment with a therapist from disablement services who was showing me around their show kitchenloung which is full of gadgets designed to assist the limbless, sadly due to my previous appointment over running I only had 10 minutes before I was kicked out by an old biddy, still I’m popping back in a couple of weeks to have a proper look!
