While on the subject they should all be speed restricted too, have flashing lights and sirens … or am I the only one that the old folk go for.

An old chap locally has had to agree to stop using his mobility scooter after hitting a third person in 2 months. He apparently hit two people on pavements and the last one was an old lady shopping in Budgens. He managed to run into her and took out most of a wine display!
humm i wonder if this is the same guy that went up the m1 on one a few years back… i recon he asked for directions and kids sent him up the m1:hehe:
