Thats old hat - try siphoning caustic soda - has some proper kick…

I cant believe you all need to suck when it comes to getting the fuel out you just need the right tapping technique
That’s what I was thinking, also you can get a proper siphoning hose with a ball valve for a couple of quid at almost any car shop.
When did you know Mian do anything properly when there’s a bodge to be done 
I’m guessing when you’re used to sucking pipes for fluids it’s a hard habit to break to not get it in the mouth.
Just hope none of you swallowed, it won’t make you feel closer to the bike…

I actually have one of those. I just didn’t want to damage the plastic tank with the metal tip on the pipe.
Surely there’s either a more sane way to drain the tank or something to obviate the need? Bloody modern bikes…
