Driving into Joe Public has been a tactic in the past, so not much different though if targeting bikers I’d say is a much smaller group to hit and run a lot of.

I remember I was in Nice a few years back. I did a biking holiday through the French Alps. Got home and saw on the BBC news a mad man had driven a lorry through the same street I was walking down a few days before. Ran down lot’s of pedestrians. Sick.

I think the Gendarmerie shot him.
