Just a small tip here peeps…before fitting new disc/discs to your bike you should

a) make sure you have everything you need…its actually quite hard to make your own split pin…make sure your girlfrind has left some hair pins around

b) resist the urge to spray brake cleaner on your caliper before refitting…and if you do READ THE LABEL FIRST!!! WD40 is not even close…and is a real arse to clean afterwards

c) keep a spare pair of pads around beacause you are actually very stupid

and finally…wait for it…

d) if you live in the middle of a steep hill…walk it down as the combined powers of new disc and new pads mean you have to go straight on at the bottom of the hill…at speed with eyes closed
