As far as i can remember from my R30 the only way you can do it is replace the shock, as there are no linkages you can change to give you a shorter ride height .
Like previous poster said . try the CCM website , lots of info there .
As the CCM website has shut down, I was wondering if there was any CCM R30 owners out there who would know how to adjust the preload to lower the seat height. Thanks.
Rings up/slackened seat down softer suspension , rings down /tightened seat up stiffer suspension .
