London's new worst drivers

cucking funts…the lot of 'em

+1 to most of the above … I get most annoyed by those oncoming drivers, including buses, who aim for you while filtering. With some its lack of attention, but with others quite clearly not unless they habitually smirk/grin at oncoming traffic

The one thing that gets to me is that these guys drive for a job. All they have to do is INDICATE before pulling out and check their mirrors. This is such a basic part of driving that not doing it as a professional driver is just gross incompetency. It really isn’t that difficult to flick a switch and look in a mirror FFS! Of course it’s give and take but how are we supposed to have respect for so called professional drivers when they can’t even control their agression, their vehicles or their bladders (I made that last one up).

I have to agree - Buses are easy to see, and on the most part, generally pretty grateful if you let them out. Those Royal Mail red van things are pretty rare, though they are filled with twats.

The damn PRE BOOKED Taxis though!!!"!!!111one1

You can’t frackin’ do anything right! They tailgate you if they’re behind you, never thank you for letting them out, swerve across the lanes to try and get to the front of every queue, turn when you least expect it with no indication because they’re trying to follow some crappy sat-nav, and stop in the middle of red routes to let people out.

It might also be my mind playing tricks on me, but I could swear that every time I see one in a people carrier, they pull further out to the right to make harder/impossible for you to filter past! GAH!!

What with my incident with the tw@t in the merc the other day i was sitting at the light waiting to turn left with all the others in traffic when on of thoes private hire motors decided he couldnt wait for the filter lane and passed everyone and the lights when i pulled up at the tesco he was dropping his passenger off so I asked him if he was in a rush to which he replied why do you ask To which i replied you must be in a rush to lose your licence jumping red lights and if he did it again I would report him lol

He duely said sorry (well he dont know I am not a copper does he; )

Its another one those truly brilliant solutions that only a desk bound politician could come up with for a real life problem.

Mini-cabs were considered problematic because they weren’t really traceable… anyone with a car could pretend to be a mini-cab… so licencing anyone who wants to do that work was a good idea but how do you do that… well you know a cab is licenced if it has a sticker in the back… HOW BL00DY Stupid are they… licencing the CAR isn’t the important bit… the car isn’t going to mug you, rip you off or rape you…

There’s hundreds of visitors to London who think just cos a car’s got a purple sticker in the window, the driver is legit… now how many people here can see the ruddy flaw with this idiocy…

A 2 minute search online was all it took to find a company that can print up a purple sticker for my car… hey presto, I’m a licenced mini-cab driver in the eyes of anyone too pissed to get home safely late at night…

When can we have politicians that actually think before they come up with these stupid money wasting ideas…

You’ll be votoing Tory then at the next election ;):D:w00t:

(Picture Toby falling off his chair, banging his head on his desk and unable to talk or stand for a few mins :stuck_out_tongue: )

Don’t always see eye to eye with Toby and his rants but the excitable chap is right this time.

If my wife needs a CRB check to be a teacher, a job she has been doing for 30 odd years, and I need a CRB check as an architect going into schools, a bit of my job I’ve been doing since before most of you were born, how come any old wanted rapist/terrorist/mugger can get a sticker for his car?

Once they have a sticker they also seem to have a licence to drive (even more) badly.

I wonder how the law stands on this, if my life is being endangered then am I correct in saying that I am allowed to defend myself with reasonable force? If so then how about the next time one of these f**kwits almost kills me I slap the stupidity right outa them at the next set of lights. Watchout for the headline ‘biker drags cabby/bus driver/mail driver/bmw driver/mobile using driver out of vehicle and beats them to within an inch of their sorry lives’ that’ll probably be me that will…

ah personally whenever I climb onto my 'lil black, I am watching for everyone in a cage be it lil or large n colour doesnt matter. I dont tend to get worked up anymore whenever I almost get knocked off as I tend to expect it so ride with theat in mind. Whenever I make it where I am going without being taken out I am happy. Now there are exceptions to the rule: the idiots who try and race a bike because they think they can, the ones who think its fun to cut you up on purpose because they cant get through neither should you. Long live the two wheels.

so far in the UK I’ve had three offs n they where all my fault for being a prat. The amount of near offs I’ve had due to other drivers/peds/BIKES is almost too many to count so I’ve given up. Tho it is nice to have a rant lol
