Are there any ligitagtion solictors on the site? if you pls pm me as I would like some advise in reccovering a debt from a chancer. He does have assets and I have lots of supporting documentation, judgement wont be an issue but enforcing it may be… Dont you just love clients like that:smooooth:

Having had similar dealings with people like this in the past you need to decide if the amount is worth the aggravation. It’s easy to get a judgement, but as you say getting the assets to pay for it is usually the problem.
I’ve found over the years that people who have NO regard for the law seem to get away with it, whereas people who are generally law abiding get shafted every time.
