LED replacement for twin filament 12v 21/5w stop and tail light.

I am sure that this has probably been discussed before. But a search brought up nothing relevant.
Can anyone recommend a good reliable and safe replacement. One of the two rear bulbs has gone and it’s more than a bit of a fiddle to replace. However filament replacements are cheap,tried and tested. Should I just stick with them.
