A good bite to eat to start us on our way…

A good run down albeit almost the whole journey in pouring rain - NO pins & needles/dead hands (obviously relaxed a lot and benz ze elbows)…lots of nice cold beer, a great race (for cage lovers), it then all went a bit…expensive!

Captain Chaos was done for speeding (163kms = 101mps) and fined €90 on the Le Mans-Calais Monday Morning Dash…and then it took us even longer to get home from Dover than normal!

My chain snapped whilst I was doing 90 along the M2! Luckily for me I live to tell the tale, so does CC (Him) who was travelling not too far behind me but my chain/sparks did manage to give a Punto quite a fright :slight_smile:

Oh well, just another story to add to the Le Mans History!

memo to self…NO SPEEDING when go to France in July, best pull 2 plug caps off for safety :slight_smile:

Glad you got back without injury. Hope it was a good trip other than the chain/speeding incidents.
