Can anybody tell me what was this `Be My Wife´ copper on about last Wednesday as some bikers went from BMM to Bridge?
He was moving his 1.6 tons well dangerously and sometimes without having blue lights on. If this was shock and awe tactics then I would like to disagree with the justification of this.
In any case, just to clarify I was not there on my bike, I just passed by accidently while cruising around in a bus.

Fckuking hell! That could’ve turned incredibly nasty - the fact that the police carry guns out there probably moderated the onlookers actions. I hope the biker wasn’t mullered. Their is something really terrifying/sickening about seeing a large group of people moving in on a couple of individuals to extract vengeance - I remember when the two plain clothes army guys in northern Ireland were filmed being pulled from their car and beaten to death after they accidentally drove into an area where an I.R.A. funeral was taking place (back in the eighties). Horrible.Respect to the Met - I know they have a tough job and deal with a lot of **** on a daily basis - however I still sh1t myself whenever I hear police sirens in London though - I usually pulll over as soon as (quite a few people have been taken out by speeding police cars over the years).
Well, to carry a gun is not always a bless for police…coppers in Germany are usefully armed, as in 1 handgun and one MP5 in the car (that’s why they always have to lock the car, otherwise disciplinary actions :D).
They are somehow trained to stop armed agressors by ´trying´to aim at shoulders and legs, but the reality is, if you’re in a crowd anything can happen and every round fired and ‘picked up’ by a citizen, will be investigated as attempted manslaughter.

An excellent example of how quickly things can get seriously out of control with potentially lethal consequences. I guess the first priority for any of us in these situations is to attempt to diffuse the tension by trying to engage in conversation, establish a rapport and talk the situation down, rather than escalate it with aggressive words and body language (all the time getting ready to fight if it does kick off 
).By the way, it’s really good to see decent German citizens and Police confronting the Nazi scum. Every country has violent extremist elements. They should always be confronted - With force if necessary .
