just got back…
missed the rain completeley…sunny as you like all the way there and back…
ended up going to Brighton and had a chippy by the sea…lovley…
great compony…nice easy pace with some faster bits thrown in for good mesure…
great to meet the two newbies…altho…shame about the not so large turn out…but hey…we had an absolute brill time…
thanks to everyone who came today…its another good memory for me!!!

Just wanted to say a big ‘thank you’ guys and gals for making this a cool day out. True gents - too true. I nearly didn’t go due to the rain, but so glad I did - persuaded by the fact that if it did rain I’d get some much needed ‘wet’ riding in. Great confidence giver for the newbie in me …and those pointers to improve my technique won’t go amiss.
Tired now from all that sea air and concentration!!! Yawn…stretch…snoozzzzzzeee… hopefully will not dreaming of shoving those push bikes outta the way (gggrrrhhh!)

Shewolf? Personally i dont mind who i ride out with as you know, we have always had a good laugh…but some of the newbies dont want to feel they have to ride like the wind to play catch up or get lost routine? Also some of the others like the idea of more woman to men ratio, simply cos the men chaperones act “better” with em !! (their male “softish” side comes out …all good stuff tho !!!)
And Ginger? There was an accident, looked bad too, when we were heading off from Boxhill on to Brighton (meant to be Worthing!!)…but they blocked off the road and it hadnt happened that long so we thought it was possibly some bikers who had left Boxhill for a rideout as well…hope whoever it was, is ok though, cos bike was a mess?
We were all a bit surprised coming home to find it had rained !!! and not JUST slightly,by the state of the roads…flooded out in some places, trees uprooted and lying in the road, in others…flipping heck…we were all boiling hot and sitting near the beach in the sun, weird weather or what? Still it was all good experience for the newbies…mud,wood,water,grass,stones…all over the country lanes… nice one 
Mike? Just hope next time whoever puts names down, actually turn up…its not fair drafting in other men to help out and then finding the huge number expected dont turn up…i mean, dont get me wrong, everyone has things happen that cant be helped…but not all at the same time surely? But think yesterday the men to woman ratio was fine…the cornering system helped out cos there was a few more of ya then needed …but Matt did a fine job at the front…with you at the back with Westie, and AndyP and Smiled running up and down all day…must admit it gives me a buzz seeing them ride up and down all the time…ha ha 
Thanks to Andyp for meeting me and Abbeyj and taking us down to Poppins…and thanks to Poppins for opening up early and cooking us brekkie !!!

first of all i would like to point out that smiled and myself were not taking up the rear as that was westies job and he did it well, coming home with only 2 corner markers was hard work, the poor gixxer and ninja had to work for it but we managed,

i think the conversations on the beach [ including westies ] need to be left off a public forum including the great details but i will say we have got a good imagination, glad to see the 2 new girls go off to test the water temprature,
shame the battery died on the camera but will what we have to jay on wednesday to put up for us.

Came home tired but had a good un like i said. Next one? i will be there…dont care if its just me turning up, know we will have a laugh…I found out yesterday that Westie has a thing about boobs, or MOOBS as he calls em and he dont like hairyness !!
