A mate of mine had his black 950 Adventure stolen sometime between midnight on Sat and 1am on Sunday morning, from Islington (close to Caledonian Rd). There were some scooter kids checking it out just before it went missing, so if any of you spot some young 'uns messing about on a KTM, pls let us know.
will keep an eye out, most likely they are the thieving gits that nicked it, i work round that way, i’ll keep an eye out, whats the reg?

If they have a real good look around the local area, I bet it’ll turn up. You know the car park bits, little nooks and crannies etc
My mate had his bike nicked twice - both times the little runts had moved less than half a mile away - not hidden, just in a different location.

I’ve heard of kids nicking all sorts, but a KTM Adventure is a big ol bike. I have a feeling they were just “spotters” for a white van.
The sad thing about this bike being stolen is that Pete (my mate) built this bike up into mint condition (bought it as crash damaged), rode it around South America for a year, then only very recently returned it back to mint again.

I cannot stress how bad Islington and it’s environs are for bike theft. If it not chained to a very large building with a supertanker anchor chain it WILL go. I know, I have had 3 nicked there. The local scrotes have nothing to do all day but nick bikes.
I have also recovered one of mine from the local estates so get a mate to take you around on a bike, dont go alone, there are some not very nice places there.
