KTM EXC 525 2004 Supermoto / Enduro, 5340 Miles, 152 Hours. £2800 ono.
The bike was bought new from Laguna KTM, Maidstone, Kent in April 2004. I am the second keeper and have owned the bike since December 2004. The bike is great fun and has never missed a beat and could often be seen on the BCR keeping the sports bikes in check.
Supermoto conversion consists of:-
Talon/Excel wheels. Talon silver anodised billet hubs with Excel Silver anodised rims and stainless spokes.
The front wheel is fitted with KTM/Beringer 310mm brake disk and Avon Pro Extreme Rain tyre.
Rear wheel fitted with standard KTM disk and sprocket and fitted with Dunlop Mutant tyre.
Front brake consists of ISR 14mm adjustable master cylinder, Goodridge braided hose and Beringer 4 pot calliper. The brake pads are new.
K Tech 4.6 N/mm up rated fork springs.
K Tech 90-120N up rated shock spring.
Crash bungs on axels and footpegs.
Akrapovic slip on end can.
Also included.
The standard KTM dirt wheels which are fitted with disks and sprocket and come with a longer chain to enable quick change over to off-road set up. The tyres are Michelin AC10 road legal motocross tyres.
KTM electric cooling fan kit.
The standard front brake master cylinder, hose and calliper.
Standard plastics.
Standard end can.
Spare air filter (cleaned but needs oiling).
Complete tool kit.
Approximately 10 litres of Motex 10/40 Synthetic oil (KTM recommended).
Road kit consisting of mirrors indicators and large number plate hanger (never fitted).
KTM cover.
KTM briefcase containing the owner’s manual, manuals for the WP forks and shock, engine and chassis parts catalogues. Also included is the original bill of sale and various brochures from the time of purchase.
