I bought one of these the other day from Infinity and its a top bit of kit. Designed specifically for bikers its really comfy to wear on the bike and is big enough to even carry a helmet. Expensive but highly recommended.
Looks great! Pricey though
I’ve got one myself and have to say that it’s worth every penny. At least twice as good as any other rucksack I’ve used on the bike. I sometimes use it do my food shopping, and even fully loaded and weighing a tonne, once it’s on your back it’s perfectly comfortable. It also comes with a 10 year guarantee - worth every penny and more.
Hrm, I have a thing about bags, might check this rucksack out
Incidentally, does anyone know where the word rucksack comes from? The Germans! Ruck meaning back, so back-sack… so I’m led to believe.
Well worth the money if it gets well used, i used to spend a fortune on rucksacks when i was traveling, you gotta get a good one to be comfortable. Nice one Jay![]()
Got one of these for Xmas, and they’re great. As Johnny said, you can fit a load in them and they’re really comfy once they’re on. I’ve done the shopping in the rucksack thing too, and I’m sure the guy in the car next to me was thinking “he’s never gonna fit all that in there”!
Top notch rucksack that. I’d gone through several rucksacks, including some “biker brand” companies, but they all tore and frayed. Had the Kriega for getting on for 5 years now and it cost me £85. Reckon I’d have spent more than that on other brands in that time and the Kriega is still going strong, with no problems what so ever!
Only problem I have had with it, is the bottom of the front zip has scratched my tank when it’s too low down and I’ve been more “sporty” with my riding. Then again, my stomach size probably didn’t help… ![]()
I got the 25 litre one for Xmas, it’s really comfy and has already successfully passed a number of waterproofing tests!
i would suggest though that ladies try before they buy as the harness fastens across the front and there are those amongst us who might not find it as comfortable! ![]()
Thanks Rizla…
I saw one in the states that had a built in back protector - was pretty comfortable too but for the life of me I cannot remember the brand of the bag…
Does anyone have any ideas???
I know china
Its a Dainese one which we stock…really dont see the point though as it does neither well
oh and its about £75 too ![]()
Get a Kriega…they also do a 25 ltr option which is cheaper at £75
