Hey guys, does anyone know an engine mods to do to a 2000 r6 carb’d? i only use it for trackdays now so wana do it up a bit… and also where to take it to? around south london or closeish?
Not much power wise for the money. You could spend a small fortune on decat pipe, air filter, power commander and a remap for aroundm£600 to £1000 and only get 5-8 bhp extra.
Take **** off the bike to make it lighter or learn to ride it faster 
Power commander on a carbed bike?
Easiest would be to swap it for an R1 track bike, you’d probably get a decent deal with spare wheels and fairings etc if you wanted something for track

If you are wanting more power on that bike, new exhaust and then have it DynoJet’d .
Drop the gearing
look out for some light weight wheels, more gains than tuning the engine
