There are plenty of bike battery powered waistcoats out there, but not for £19.99 I guess.
I know people with the heated waistcoat. Apparently it is so warm when it is worn that they have never bothered putting batteries in it!
nope because you can buy heated clothing which is exspensive, be good to get the gloves and try to get the heating element out to put in bike gloves
