Two little scum bags casing my bike last night at around 1am. Informed the police and sent them the CCTV.

I once watched a police thing, the chased this guy decamp’d had the footage, went to tesco (bag on seat) found him on their CCTV wearing the exact same clothes and the CPS still would not prosecute as “there was not enough evidence”. I mean it was plain to see this was the same guy no question it’s ridiculous.

Trying to preserve his little bod for all those football matches he’s about to win. Let’s hope it adds a bit of evidence - if we think the police won’t do anything and make no fuss, they will think all is ok. Folks need to keep reporting and sending in stuff like this

As above , the Police are motivated by crime rates. As the numbers of motorcycle related crimes increase so does the police interest. Remember its not the the officer on the ground that makes the decisions on what crimes to pursue, that’s done by desk based officers who have to prioritise and the CPS who have to ensure a prosecution is in the public interest they get best mileage from their budget. Keep reporting motorcycle related crime, don’t play it down report everything including the attempted motorcycle thefts and the criminal damage to covers, security etc that’s left behind when thefts are aborted.
