I just see someone describing how he was the victim of a cowardly attack & the implication given to him by the Police officers attending, that despite the physical evidence, independent witnesses & a full confession by the assailant, that they weren’t going to prosecute him.
The biker might have been a bit heavy handed and I am sure there are two sides to the story/argument.
