Just spent alot of money...

£350 on a Maxton fully adjustable rear shock - incl high and low speed compression damping as replacement for my boingy (copyright B) original shock - this is going to make such a difference to the handling that I should have loads more fun at Brands:cool:

Woo Hoo!!

Probably the best investment I have made for the 7r

Fitted and set up by Les n B on Sat

Neat Eric!

Your ass will thank you.

£350? Is that all?

Hmm I may have to (sorry, most definitely HAVE to) invest over the winter I think. Mine’s probably even more trashed than yours - 39000 miles… ouch.

Nice purchase dude that is really gonna help the old gal lift her skirt thats gonna be a goodun at brands!

It’s not new - got off mate on MCNNinjas forum. Only done approx 1000 miles, and 3 track days - it’s bling-tastic - shiny with purple spring

Put a Penske on the back of my 7, its lovely compared to the knackered out original one with 40,000 on it.

Looks like we’re all doing it. I’ve just picked up a brand new wp shock for my speed four (£150 ebay bargain!).

Jack lilleys reckoned it would take 2 1/2 hours to install at £60 an hour which would make it somewhat less of a bargain. So, anyone know of anywhere that can fit and set it up for less?

Or should I do it myself?

Speak to B, about his mate Les’s workshop - gonna get mine fitted there this weekend.

Sure it’s easier than 2.5hrs - especially in a garage with all the right tools

Gotta be cheaper

I wish i had £3.50 to spend let alone £350.

I bet it still handles like s*** round brands as you couldn’t get out of bed to come and see Les and B today :stuck_out_tongue:

Still, me and Sony had a good chin wag. Even got a free coconut n cocolate cake out of it

No probs - gonn fit the shock meself and B wil help set up on Mon!

Was cursed by Fri nite out with some LB’ers:)
