Looking to pop into a J&S store this weekend as I need new gloves.
Would like to go to a branch that is on the bigger scale with a selection of items can anyone recommend me one?

I’ve only been to the Hanger Lane one - but I was pleased to see that they have plenty of stock. Looks great after the last days of HG when there was hardly anything there. I need to take Sue so she can buy me a new ensemble for the coming summer (that’s a pair of gloves and a helmet then).
watford is a big one, but the customer service is crap (well was when i stopped using them a few years ago)
nottingham is a big one with great customer service, but a bit far away…
I went hanger lane and grants hill HG I don’t want to go again and be disappointed but I guess it’s completely different companies mmm see how I feel in the morning lol
Different companies - but some of the same staff. But the manager at HG Hanger Lane and now at J&S has always treated me well (he’s on LB sometimes). There is still some old HG stock that they are selling off but they are not short of new stock - although I didn’t look at the gloves in particular.

managed to pop down to Ilford one in the end. Daws sorted me out. Got some nice sp8 alpinestars and a good bloody cuppa !!!
