article in the paper yesterday…
a biker who had been injured in a bike accident had lost his hand !!
he had a special one made that fit on his bars so he could still ride…respect
but on parking his bike up he left the hand still gripping his bars (not clever)
and somebody nicked it!!

The person who took it may have just thought it was put there for a joke not knowing the problems it would cause, but leaving something that important on the bike is pretty silly, you wouldn’t leave your keys in your bike as they’ll get knicked and you need them to ride you bike same goes for his hand.

i now i had to bite my lip when i read it… and then thought about the poor guy not being able to get home.
