There are quite a few videos showing this footage (a bit old now) and no-one seems to agree about the exact location. Although most seems to agree it is in Eastern Europe and to be precise it is the Novi Sad exit which leads to Belgrade city centre via a tunnel and a bridge which is forbidden for lorries. Some actually say that they are allowed to to such turn in this particular part of that motorway!
you are completely WRONG!!! I did not expect this from you, I saw this in also in London, on the circular road, just in front of ACE (does it mean that all the UK driver are idiots??).
I tell you, because you don’t know, most of the lorry in Italy (and in UK) are driven by est European because they are much cheaper . Also a question for you, how do you know that they are in Italy? (I saw this video few years ago and all the comments were in english/checz)

There is no way trucks have to do this to use the Novi Sad exit (from the city) and coming from Novi Sad to the centre is no different. Yes, there is a brige where trucks cannot pass but they do not ever have to do anything like this. Driven that route more times than I want to remember but never seen anytrhing like this. Not even sure it is Belgrade TBH
quite old stuff, it’s been around since I reckon 5 or more years, first time I saw it it was reported to be from hungary, if you pay attention to the cars it’s clearly neither italy nor western europe
