i was given a second parking penalty notice this afternoon. as happened in the first time, I paid first, then got a ticket.
I am so angry now, and decided to put a serious curse on those in Westminster council who are responsible for all these. I am going to burn some kind of plants and make some ashes, use some rootless water, a used baby nappy, two live animals to be butched later on my ceremony to be held this weekend. Once the curse is released, it cannot be reversed, the consequence would be serious for them.
You don’t have an ‘O’ in your reg do you, if so that could be the problem!!! You need to make sure it is regiustered correctly, make sure it’s correct…either the letter ‘o’ or a zero/nought. I got two tickets before I sorted it.
Don’t worry, you’re not dense, but the parking attendants are. The system, let them put your number in with a O instead of a zero, and the stupid computer then thinks you have not paid! You then need to contest the ticket and get it cancelled. Write to your MP asking why the law requires you, the innocent victim of bureaucracy to do all the work to get it put right when any sensible parking attendant and any sensible computer program would not have let you get a ticket for doing nothing wrong.

from a point a view of who is going to cash the money there is not need to fix the problem!! why care about it? Some bikers (because of time, or because they do not like to deal with this bureaucracy) are going to pay the penalty even if was wrongly given.
