Am amazed at the extra coverage on that policy but as mentioned no commuting but if as you say you dont need it then a few more quid saved .

yeah mce offered riding other bikes to me as well and I’ve had it historically when I’ve been with them in the past. but for the last two years they’ve tried to pressurise me into a sale by offering a quote that’s only valid ‘today’, and just for that I moved to Lexham. they actually ended up giving me a better price in the end after changing a few things on policy that affected my renewal. I will avoid mce if I have to cause the sales rep sound really dodgy and I’ve had 4 quotes on same days ranging fro 750 to 2.5k… just on how they interpret my previous claim history

Which company is that with as having the ability to ride other vehicles on third party fire theft is a bonus ... TimRI know MCE do that as I've been insured with them for the last 3 years. Costs me around £1100-1300 every year though for TPFT for my GSX-R750. Supposedly all due to the London post code and no garage. Funny enough no-one else will even insure me and MCE don't won't insure a litre bike if I get one.
