Received an email this week saying that my heated gloves were subject to a safety recall and to return them for refund or credit.
Took them back to Hanger Lane store last night and I didn’t even have to explain as Daniella was already aware of situation. Was offered a £200 credit note or a full refund of £180. Took the refund which was processed fast, efficient and friendly
