hi i am after some ignition sealant to protect my wiring loom from water:angry: anyone used any other than holts one? if so wot one and is it any good. cheers

ah ok then ill give that one a ago once ive replaced the ht coil then.
Halfords silicone sealant is ok too.

I found the Holts Damp Start sealant to be excellent. It definitely works. Whe ni rode a Zip it used to lose all power (well all the power it had to start with!) whenever it rained. I cleaned the leads, coil etc, and sprayed with Holts and it never happened again.
YER MINE JUST SEEMS TO JUST DIE. BUT IT DEFO WATER GOT THE BIKE IN THE KITCHEN ATM:D SORTING IT OUT… GOT HER GOING AGIN DID A BIT OFF HOUSE RIDING LOOOOL:w00t: JUST NEED 2 100% SEAL IT NOW.
