Look into my eyes, look into my eyes, the eyes, the eyes, not around the eyes, donât look around the eyes, look into my eyes. [click] Youâre under!
Tried one some years ago to stop smoking.
Couldnât wait to get outside for a fag after each session was over.
Oldguy.
Tried 3 different ones to give up smoking a few years ago and each one finally (after paying lots of money) admitted I was resisting and the process was perhaps not beneficial. I knew I was just lying there with my eyes shut but they told me it was normal to feel like that.
Go along and, if you donât believe you have been hypnotised, donât go back. The entire process relies on your susceptibility, which is why stage hypnotists test their audiences and send certain people back to their seats.
Look into my eyes . . . not round my eyes . . . but into my eyes!
Good luck!
Did anyone else not read that as hypnotherapists but rather as hypni-the-rapists? I think I should get some more sleepâŚ
I got hypnotised to stop smoking over 3 years ago and havenât picked up a ciggie since. The woman was called Nina and she was based at 1 Harley Street, London.
Been under the âspellâ many times for various reasons:D highly reccomend itâŚbetter feeling than been drugged up!:w00t::D:hehe:
On a Serious note Harley street is the best place to goâŚbut totally relax and enjoy it.
If youâre looking to atop smoking, try Alan Carrâs Easy Way to Stop Smoking (book).
I was very sceptical after being a 20 a day smoker, was smoking for 10 years, but it actually worked :w00t:
Lot cheaper than hypnotherapy.
There is an hours programme on BBC2 tonight called âAlternative Therapiesâ which looks into hypnotherapy and whether it works.
I smoked 50g of rolling tobacco a week. Read the book & increased it to 50g in 5 days. Then 2/3 years later read the book again & stopped on 1st January 2003. I havenât had a smoke, since then & I donât miss it especially now that pubs & clubs are non smoking ![]()
I felt, I had the T-shirt & I was in my early forties & it was time to stop.
Good luck, mate.
I tell you now - when you stop, youâll hate the smell of smoke!
