Never heard of a 125 V-twin - actually tell a lie there was a guy where I used to work who has a 125 chopper style V twin :w00t:
Either way it’s bound to give Ratty a semi
Yeah I never knew they existed either… always good discovering new things though Here’s a youtube video of it.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ueL9EGDAwU&feature=related
A guy who lives near me has a Yamaha 125 V twin…XV125 or Virago i think (or both)
As far as I know George had one of these as his 2nd bike, the fully faired one and then he got the naked one before he passed his das. If this is the same one, then they are actually really good bikes, i’ve seen one down Bat’s and they’re huge for a 125, pm Georgey boy as he raved about his.
(Just watched the video, it is the same one, but the fully faired one looks quite different, much bigger.)
not likely…its not over 600cc:D
my opinion is dont buy one…A mate Dan3, had one but he had the hyosung GTR250R…had a lot of problems with it, so much so that they gave him an 08 bike cos his 07 one was f*ked, they couldnt figure it out.
buy jap…much more reliable…what about a supermoto 125?
Yeah my mate has just warned me to steer clear of them… they’re cheap, but expensive when it comes to parts and service so he said. Im always wary when it comes to bikes made outside of the big names… Think I may have found my new bike though :D:P:P:hehe::):w00t:
Just waiting to found out a little something about it
Still think these bikes are worth having a look at. George had two, both with no major issues and he’d recommend them to anyone after a 125.
Didn’t Rana have a Hyosung?
Cracking little bikes for the money IMO:cool:
she did…
they are a physically big bike for there engine size, betetr than a chinese bike, but after Dan3’s probs i wouldnt touch one.
alright mate, I had a hyosung and they are a brilliant bike, (from 125 perspective anyway), if anybody doubts that I ask them to try em out themselves, I used to ride mine up to cheshire on an almost fortnightly basis, and that was 200 miles plus, and never had a problem.
My opinon is if you want to move up to a bigger bike eventually these will be great to learn on as they feel just like a big bike to ride.
Oh and plus you can get a nice blue flame slip on which sounds sweet as a nut
Any queries just pm me
Hionda XL125 vardero is a v twin
doesn’t really sound like one though
I saw a yamaha r125 the other day- it looked awesome- looks exactly like, if not nicer than the r6.
get one.
